7c7776 Responsible Gaming —
A commitment to safe and healthy entertainment
We believe fun and safety can go hand in hand. 7c7776 offers deposit limits, self-exclusion, and 24/7 support to keep you protected.
Why does responsible gaming matter?
Online casino and betting can be an enjoyable form of entertainment, but when it goes out of control it can have a negative impact on personal, family, and financial life. At 7c7776 we firmly believe that gambling should always be for entertainment — not as a way to earn a living.
Responsible gaming means knowing your limits, staying within your budget, and seeking help when you feel things are becoming a problem. Our platform offers multiple safeguards that you can activate yourself.
Remember: this platform is approved only for users aged 21 and above. We take a strict stance against gambling by minors.
Age Restriction
7c7776 is only for adult users aged 21 and above. We verify age at registration and any account found to belong to a minor is closed immediately.
Our tools to protect you
7c7776 gives you full control over your own play — activate any of the safety measures below at any time.
Deposit Limit
You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately; lowering it applies instantly, while increasing it requires a 24-hour waiting period.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a break, deactivate your account for a set period (30 days, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently). During this time no login or deposit will be possible.
Time Limit / Timeout
Decide in advance how long you will play in each session. When the set time is up, the system will automatically log you out so you can keep track of time.
Loss Limit
Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period. Once the limit is reached, placing further bets will not be possible — this is the most effective protection against excessive losses.
Reality Check
At set intervals (for example every 30 minutes) a notification will appear showing you how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost — helping you make informed decisions.
24/7 Support
Our support team is always by your side for any issue. Chat with us in Bengali via live chat — specialised assistance on responsible gaming is also available.
Recognise the signs of problem gambling
If any of the following signs appear in you, consider taking a break and seeking help:
- Continuously placing bets to recover lost money ("chasing losses")
- Lying to family or friends in order to gamble
- Neglecting daily responsibilities (work, family, studies)
- Playing to relieve stress or anxiety rather than for entertainment
- Spending more money than you can afford
- Repeatedly failing when trying to stop playing
- Falling into debt or financial hardship because of gambling
Important Warning
Never think of gambling as a source of income or a way to pay off debt. The outcome of every bet is entirely random — previous results do not determine future results.
A few core principles of healthy gaming
- Only play with money you can afford to lose
- Set a budget before you play and stick to it
- Set a time limit and keep an eye on the clock
- Never gamble while drinking alcohol or under emotional stress
- Plan for wins and be prepared for losses
- Take regular breaks and spend time on other hobbies
How to use the safety tools
💰 How to set a deposit limit
Go to Account Settings and navigate to the "Responsible Gaming" section. There you can set daily, weekly, or monthly limits individually or all at once.
- Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method)
- Lowering a limit takes effect immediately
- A 24-hour cooling-off period applies if you want to increase a limit
- Changes can be made at any time through support
🔒 Self-exclusion process
If you feel you need a break, self-exclusion is the most effective step. Once activated:
- Available durations: 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent
- Logging into your account will not be possible
- No promotional emails will be sent during this period
- Contacting support is required to reactivate once the period ends
- Permanent exclusion cannot be reversed
⏱️ Set a session time limit
Decide in advance how long you will play in a session. Our system will remind you every 30 minutes and will automatically pause the session when the set time is reached.
- Set your session time in minutes
- Reality check intervals: 15, 30, 60, or 90 minutes
- You can continue playing after the break
- Total time spent can be viewed in the statistics section
👨👩👧 Protection for minors
7c7776 firmly believes that minors should not be exposed to gambling. Our family-friendly safety measures include:
- Age verification at registration is mandatory (21+)
- Use parental control software on shared devices
- Never share your account details with anyone
- Any account identified as belonging to a minor is closed immediately and investigated
